Use Policy.
Please note: Under the reciprocal agreement
between library regions in Nova Scotia, users of one region in the province
may obtain a card from a different regional library by visiting a branch in
person in the region where they wish to obtain an additional library card.
For example, a resident of the Pictou-Antigonish area may obtain a Cape
Breton regional Library (CBRL) library card by visiting any CBRL branch, in
person, and presenting their Pictou-Antigonish Regional Library (PARL)
library card. At this time, only residents of Cape Breton and Victoria
counties may apply for a CBRL library card via our online registration form.
For those who are 13 years of age or younger, please enter your parent/guardians name
and phone number at the bottom of the form. A parent's signature is required on the back
of all juvenile library cards.
**Please fill in as much information as possible, and remember to choose the library branch closest to you. Improperly completed forms will result in your application being rejected or delayed**
