Library Tours

Class Visits

Teachers may book class visits at any branch of the Regional Library. Tours for grades P-3 include storytelling, a tour of the library branch, and a film. Library instruction (including use of the online public access catalogue) is available for grades 4 up. Tours are approximately one hour in duration and are free of charge. All tours must be booked a minimum of one week in advance.

Group Tours

Group leaders (Beavers, Sparks, etc.) may book library tours at any branch of the Regional Library. The content of the tour will be dependent upon the age level of the group. All tours are free of charge and are approximately one hour in duration. Tours may be booked for daytime or evening hours. A minimum of one week advance booking is required.

Adult Tours

Instructional tours for adult groups and classes are available at all library branches. Tours include information on using the library catalogue, reference sources, set up and services of the library. A minimum of one week advance booking is required.

Tours are free of charge and are available during daytime or evening hours.
